Come on how cool is this custom metal sign?? Pretty dang cool I think! It measures 5′ wide x 3′ tall not including the lower hanging address sign and shipped to the state of North Dakota. As you can see they are in the middle of wildlife including ducks, heron, geese, pheasant, and of course a narly non typical mule deer buck. This sign is cut from 10 gauge thick steel which is a hair thicker than 1/8″ thick. We bent the sides back at a 90 degree angle and welded rectangular tubing along the bottom and flat bar along the top to frame it and make the whole sign extremely rigid and strong. Most of our competitors cut their signage from 16 gauge or 14 gauge sheet metal and call it “heavy duty” and then do not bother to bend the edges in a break or weld tubing to it to strengthen it. They leave it flat which makes for a sign that will wave in the wind like a flag. Not good and not cool.
