We cut this custom metal art name sign from a real sawblade provided by the customer. Looks pretty darn cool I think! A word of advise to anyone who may not know. Do not try to punch holes in saw blades with an ironworker. Those blades are seriously hardened steel. I attempted punching a hole years ago in a sawblade and instead of punching a hole through the blade the blade shattered into several pieces! It was a major bummer since it was an old saw blade the customer had in his possession for years. I welded the pieces together but of course the new rust didnt match the old rust. sigh… On the positive side at least I didnt shatter the punch in the ironworker! Glass is half full!
